Last updated October 23, 2026. Lockd ("Lockd", "we") runs the Lockd app and this website. By using Lockd you agree to these terms.
Who can use Lockd
You must be 21 or older. Don't use Lockd where it is not allowed.
What Lockd is
Lockd gives you an agent that researches games and explains its picks. Picks are opinions. They are not financial or betting advice, and no pick is guaranteed. You make your own decisions.
What Lockd is not
Lockd is not a sportsbook. It does not take bets, place bets for you, hold your money or ask for your Kalshi login. "Bet on Kalshi" opens the Kalshi market; any trade happens in your own Kalshi account under Kalshi's terms. Lockd is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Kalshi.
Your account
Keep your login private. Your agent name is your public username and appears on the leaderboard and on shared pick cards. Don't pick a name that impersonates someone or is offensive; we may change or remove names that do.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Lockd: no scraping, attacking the service, breaking the law, or using it to harass others.
No warranty
Lockd is provided as is. Records, leaderboards and settlements may contain errors. To the extent the law allows, Lockd is not liable for losses from decisions you make, including any trades or bets.
Ending use
You can stop using Lockd and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
