Disabled Facilities Access Key.

The Master Locksmith Access Key (MLAK) is your key to accessible facilities! Providing access for all, this key enables people with a disability to have 24/7 access to clean and safe toilets, playground equipment, elevators and other facilities that have been fitted with a lock that uses the MLAK cylinder.

These cylinders can be found in use not just in NSW, but across Australia, at certain:

• Accessible Toilets (at Railway Stations, Council facilities, Shopping Centres, National Parks)
• Elevators at Railway Stations
• Adaptive Playground Equipment, such as the Liberty Swing
• Changing Places Facilities

Who can order?
​​Eligibility is restricted to:

• People with a disability, or
• People with written authority from:
  - a doctor
  - a disability organisation
  - community health centre
  - Local Government Authorities, Centre Management or owners of a building with an MLAK enabled facility onsite
